Terms of Service

By accessing or using Naughty AI (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. The Service contains adult-oriented material and is not intended for minors under any circumstances.

You represent that you are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where adult content is legally permitted. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to keep it up to date. One account per person; accounts are not transferable.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Pricing and plan features may change with reasonable notice.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. By subscribing you also agree to that processor’s terms.

You agree not to use the Service to generate, request, or share content that:

• Depicts, describes, or sexualizes minors in any form (absolute prohibition).
• Depicts non-consensual sexual activity or otherwise glorifies sexual violence.
• Impersonates, sexualizes, or depicts identifiable real people without their explicit consent.
• Harasses, threatens, defames, or endangers any individual or group.
• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, and may be reported to authorities where required by law.

Naughty AI and its licensors own the Service, including all underlying models, code, designs, trademarks, and the generator systems. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the outputs generated in your account, subject to a worldwide, royalty-free license you grant us to host, store, process, and improve the Service. We will not display your private chats publicly.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Outputs from AI models may be inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for any particular purpose; you use them at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naughty AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason consistent with applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Naughty AI is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
