Content Policy

Naughty AI is an adult-only platform designed for users who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). Access requires affirmative age confirmation and we use technical and policy controls to enforce that limit.

This Content Policy applies to all prompts, characters, conversations, and outputs created or shared on the Service. By using Naughty AI you agree to follow these rules in full.

We permit consensual adult fantasy roleplay between fictional characters who are all clearly adults. This includes a wide range of romantic and sexual themes that are lawful in your jurisdiction and that respect the boundaries below.

Creative exploration is welcome as long as every depicted participant is fictional, adult, and engaging consensually within the narrative.

The following content is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to create, request, or share such content is grounds for immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. This is an absolute and non-negotiable ban.
• Non-consensual sexual content, including depictions of rape or coercion presented approvingly.
• Depictions of real, identifiable people in sexual contexts without their explicit, verifiable consent.
• Graphic violence, torture, gore, or snuff material.
• Bestiality or sexual content involving animals.
• Promotion, instructions for, or glamorization of illegal drug manufacture or use.
• Content facilitating other illegal acts, including weapons manufacture, terrorism, or human trafficking.
• Hate speech, slurs, or content that dehumanizes people based on protected characteristics.
• Doxxing or sharing private identifying information about any person.

We use a combination of automated moderation, model-level safeguards, and human review to detect prohibited content. Depending on severity, action may include content removal, feature restriction, account suspension, or permanent termination without refund.

For violations involving minors or other unlawful content, we will preserve relevant records and may report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other competent authorities as required by law.

If you encounter content that you believe violates this policy, please report it immediately to trust@mynaughty.ai. Include URLs, timestamps, and any context that helps us review.

Reports involving suspected child exploitation should be flagged urgently and may be referred to NCMEC and law enforcement.

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal to appeals@mynaughty.ai within 30 days. Include your account email, the action you are appealing, and any context relevant to your case.

A reviewer not involved in the original decision will assess your appeal and respond with a final determination. Appeals involving prohibited content categories such as minors will not be reversed.
