18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

All visual depictions of human-like figures appearing on or generated through Naughty AI are computer-generated, synthetic images produced by artificial intelligence models. They are not photographs, recordings, or other reproductions of actual human performers.

Because no actual human performers are involved in the production of these depictions, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply. Naughty AI nevertheless commits to the spirit of those rules and to the safety standards that motivate them.

This statement covers every AI-generated visual depiction accessible through the Service, including character portraits, generated imagery, and any other synthetic visual output.

All characters depicted are fictional and are represented as being 18 years of age or older. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or deceased, is unintentional. The Service prohibits the generation of sexual or suggestive depictions of minors under any circumstances, as set out in our Content Policy.

To the extent any portion of the Service is later determined to fall within the scope of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, the designated Custodian of Records is:
