How do I reset my password?

On the login page, tap “Forgot password?” and enter your email. We’ll send you a secure reset link within a minute. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t show up.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Account → Billing and tap “Cancel subscription.” Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period - no charge after that.

How private are my chats?

Chats are encrypted in transit and at rest, tied to your account, and never shown publicly. We do not sell your data or use your chats to train public models.

Why was my image flagged?

Our moderation blocks content that violates the Content Policy - including anything involving minors, real identifiable people without consent, or non-consensual scenarios. Try a softer prompt or different reference.

How do I delete my account?

Open Account → Privacy → “Delete account.” This permanently removes your profile, chats, and generated media. The action is irreversible - export anything you want to keep first.

How do I report a problem?

Email support@mynaughty.ai with a short description and a screenshot if you have one. Include your account email so we can find your session faster.

Do my generations count against a quota?

Free sessions include a small generation quota. Paid plans include larger monthly quotas and faster queue priority - see the pricing page for details.

Can I use Naughty AI on mobile?

Yes - the web app works on any modern phone browser. Native iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap.
